[To say that Suki is stressed this week would be a severe understatement; her first real encounter with the results of a kidnapping - namely, Sokka's abrupt and lengthy (to her) disappearance - isn't what one might call pleasant, especially after being so used to having Sokka around all the time. She's not used to feeling so helpless, either, and it's driving her a little crazy. Especially since there's been no news at all, just a series of days where everyone is left wondering without being able to really talk about it.

Desperate for a distraction, she's working through a series of drills in the barracks with her fans, decked out in the full Kyoshi uniform, facepaint and all. Luckily she'd been able to find it at the shop not too long ago; she's been feeling out of practice lately.

[The sudden Shift home was always a fun one. The clean up for the building had been delayed by the discovery of some horrific fleshy floor and Sokka had wisely decided to keep his nose out of it. By the time all of the scientists and other workers had been captured and detained, it was already the morning of the next day. Sokka had only managed a few hours of sleep outside the facility, so he was a bit grateful to suddenly arrive in his own bed (even if he was in it backwards) and ended up snoozing away.

Some time in the early afternoon, he decides to check on things. After accidentally ripping off his own bedroom door opening it, he carefully attempts to check in on Suki by yelling at her door. After no answer, he tries to eat whatever food he can find that doesn't involve ripping open cabinet doors before heading outside. Oh... so much for the front door. Maybe there is a door repairman around Luceti.

After looking around, he eventually drops by in the barracks. There's his Suki! Surprisingly, he does not run over to give her a hug. He just waves.]

[Well usually Luffy trains in the forest, but today he's in the barracks. Mostly from boredom and looking at all the training equipment. What, sometimes there's stuff to look at or people do cool attacks maybe. He'd personally love to see someone use a laser beam sword..

He glances at Suki for a second and goes back to his stuff looking.]

[You know, a lot of her friends train a lot. While the barracks is by no means somewhere Charlotte frequents it is somewhere which she goes now and again when she's got nothing else to do. It would seem that this is one of those days and when she comes in...
