Hey everyone, just a head's up that Sokka and I will be unavailable for a few days. We should be back sometime next week, so don't worry.

And if you see him first, do me a favour and don't tell him! But you can wish him a happy anniversary, if you want.

Kyoshi Warriors, if you could check in and let me know you're alright, I'd appreciate it, especially after that last experiment. I'd like to make sure we still have a full roster of members. This Sunday's practice is cancelled since I'll be out of the village, but don't slack off on your training, okay?

Oh, and if anyone is curious, the Kyoshi Warriors of Luceti are a group of girls learning self-defense and stealth combat techniques. If anyone is interested in joining or finding out more about the group, I'd be happy to answer any questions!

[With that, Suki makes herself busy with some packing. She'll make a round to all of her housemates first to let them know she and Sokka will be AWOL, then it's off to the smithy, backpack in hand, to ninja-kidnap her unsuspecting fiance.]

Of course! Back where I'm from, the Kyoshi Warriors were a group founded by the Avatar Kyoshi, an incredibly powerful and well-respected warrior of our village hundreds of years ago. She created the island I grew up on to keep us isolated and protected from invaders, and the Kyoshi Warriors built a fighting style based around her technique. The main weapon we use are combat fans, but it's getting to be a pretty diverse group, as far as weapons go. The idealogy behind it is to use your opponent's strength against them.

So, how often do you guys meet up?

Every Sunday, 9AM at the Battle Dome. Sometimes we meet for extra practices here and there, but that's the only time the whole group gets together.

So what do you guys do? I don't really know anything about your techniques. Do you guys just practice or do you teach too?

A bit of both! Some of the girls in the group don't have much combat experience, or they know certain styles but not everything. I usually spend some time each lesson to teach everyone something new.

Not at all! If you use any weapons normally you can bring them with you, and we can start thinking about how to incorporate it into the Kyoshi style. Otherwise just come as you are!
