Hey everyone, just a head's up that Sokka and I will be unavailable for a few days. We should be back sometime next week, so don't worry.

And if you see him first, do me a favour and don't tell him! But you can wish him a happy anniversary, if you want.

Kyoshi Warriors, if you could check in and let me know you're alright, I'd appreciate it, especially after that last experiment. I'd like to make sure we still have a full roster of members. This Sunday's practice is cancelled since I'll be out of the village, but don't slack off on your training, okay?

Oh, and if anyone is curious, the Kyoshi Warriors of Luceti are a group of girls learning self-defense and stealth combat techniques. If anyone is interested in joining or finding out more about the group, I'd be happy to answer any questions!

[With that, Suki makes herself busy with some packing. She'll make a round to all of her housemates first to let them know she and Sokka will be AWOL, then it's off to the smithy, backpack in hand, to ninja-kidnap her unsuspecting fiance.]

I was thinking we could go to the hot springs. It's a pretty private spot, most of the time. Nice and cozy. And romantic, in my opinion.

Here's hoping. Anyway, we should be back within a week.

I know you will. [It's Aang, after all. And after a moment's thought, however, her expression softens to one of concern.] Hey, can you do me a favour?

[He blinks at her shift.]

Sure. What is it?

[kyoshi]

Just... keep an eye on Katara, okay?

[She knows he will anyway- Katara is too important to him to do anything less. But she feels like this is important enough to get special mention.]

[He looks at her seriously.]

You don't even have to ask. [pause] ...But thank you.

[kyoshi]

Thanks, Aang. I knew you'd be the one we could count on.

[savedtheworld]

[He gives a meek smile.] I try. It's good that her new sister is looking out for her too.

[Momo chitters in approval.]

I'm trying to, anyway- it takes some getting used to. But you all are the only family I have, and I like to protect what's mine.

[He feels really touched by this.]

It is hard to help people sometimes. [Especially with all the difficulties Luceti creates.] But I know what you mean, Suki. You guys are all I have, too.

...I'm really glad we're all here, then, as bad as that might sound. Even in a place like this, we've got a family.

[He nods] If we had to be brought here, I'm glad that we're all here at the same time. Except for Toph and Appa... but they're fine back home. And... I think it's really great that even in this horrible place, you and Sokka have only gotten closer. [Even if he and Katara were partially experiencing the opposite effect. He still smiles at the thought of someone's love prospering here.] You two better both show each other a great time.

[kyoshi]

...Mm. Believe me, we will. [...Ahem.] If, somehow, we manage to get everyone here, we... might actually be able to get married someday. I mean, I hope we do, anyway.

That would be one thing in this place to look forward to. I've always wondered what a wedding would be like. And I... I hope you guys do get your chance.

[kyoshi]

Well, you'd definitely be invited! By both of us, of course.

I'd sure hope so! Maybe I could give some kind of special Avatar blessing!
